The information for every call, inbound or outbound is saved in the Call History on the SiPalto Dashboard along with basic information regarding the source and the destination.
- Click on Call History under the Status menu.
2. To search call records click on Find Records (Magnifying Glass)
Call Search Example:
- Under the 1st drop down menu Select “Source”
- Under the 2nd drop down menu Select “Contains”
- In the third box enter the extension or a Number you wish to search (In this example it will be the desired extension)
- Click “Find”
- Click export to if wish to save a copy.
