Configure Call Barging

Call Barge adds a user in to a call that is already in progress.

Define a Feature Code for Call Barging

Follow the steps below to set up Call Barge feature Code

1. Select Feature codes under Configuration.
2. Click on New Feature Code.
3. Code: {Any desired number with prefix “*”} e.g. *50
4. Comment: Call Barge.
5. Destination: Barge with extension [EXT]
6. Click Save to finish and exit the menu.

Once the feature code has been saved, it will be ready to use immediately.

To Barge into a Call

Dial *50 (or the Code that you have set up) + the Extension Number to join the call in progress.
