The phone book is used to store a directory of phone numbers within your system, you can create as many phone books as you require and apply them company wide, or only to specific phone numbers or selected users.
To create a Phone Book go to
Configuration > Phone Books/DBs > Manage Phone Books/Databases > New Phone Book
Enter the name of the phone book in the first field, in items select Name and Phone - once both items are selected press save to finish creating your Phone Book.
To add an entry to your Phone Book go to
Configuration > Phone Books/DBs > Phone Books/Databases
In this section you can either input entries in to the system one at a time or upload in bulk using a .CSV file.
Click the + button at the bottom of the page to enter an entry one at a time.
Then enter the directory information and press Submit.
