Configure Feature Codes

Feature Codes are Keypad codes that trigger special features or perform specific operations. Feature codes can start with the * (star) or with the # (sharp) and is followed by a number [NUM].

For example, If a feature code is set to *8[EXT] to Pick up Extension [EXT] and you have defined extension 100, then dialling *8100, the extension 100 will be picked up.

Define Feature Code

Example:

Follow the steps below to set up Call Park feature.

1. Select Feature codes under Configuration
2. Click on New Feature
3. Code: <*50>
4. Comment:<Park a Call>
5. Destination: <Park the call>
6. Click Save to finish and exit the menu.
