The purpose of this guide is to explain how to upload an error log to the SiPalto servers, which in turn allows the support team to analyse the data and determine the reason for a Bria issue or error.
*NOTE* You should only upload an error log if you have been requested by SiPalto Support to do so.
To begin with click on the settings icon at the bottom right of the App screen, and then click on Advanced Settings.
Next, under the Application Logging section click on the Send Log link.
You will then be asked to confirm whether you wish to send the log, select Yes. The App will take a few moments to upload the log to our servers for analysis.
Once the log has been uploaded successfully you will be presented with one last page confirming the upload has completed, simply click on OK to close this message.
Once you have completed the process please inform SiPalto support who can then investigate the issue and come back to you with a solution. You can now re-use the App as normal.
