You may need to forward your office phone number(s) to an external number, by entering the rule in the Unconditional Forward section, you can override your regular routing (listed in the Destination section), without needing to delete/adjust this regular rule.
As a start, go to the following hyperlink to create a Custom Destination
Now the destination rule has been created, we can apply the setting to your phone number, on the left navigation bar click open Configuration, then click on Phone Numbers.
Click on the phone number you wish to add the forwarding rule to.
Under the Voice section, select the Unconditional Forward check box, then select the forwarding rule you created from the drop down menu.
Now press Save at the bottom and the forwarding will now be active.
To restore your previous routing, simply go back into the number, uncheck the Unconditional Forward check box, and press Save, which will revert settings back to normal.
