A Blind Transfer is a transfer to another extension without actually ensuring the person is ready to take the call. This can be useful in an office where you can see the other user is free and available for the call so you don't need to check first
1. When on a call, press the button with three dots.
2. You will be greeted with a drop down menu, press the ‘Transfer To’ option
3. The next page will have a dial pad, dial the extension or number you want to transfer to.
4. Press the green button at the bottom of the screen to transfer the call
