Some callers will leave the call queue without the call being answered, this may be due to the caller waiting too long or calling the wrong number, an abandoned call is a caller who has left before the call is answered. This guide will show you how to setup an email notification for abandoned calls.
To activate this setting, sign into the dashboard and open Configuration > Call Queues
Then open the queue you wish to have abandoned call notifications from and scroll down to the section with the heading Abandoned Calls, type your email into the box marked Notify abandoned calls to email
Scroll to the bottom of the page and press Save
